Finding the right part
How do I know which part fits my truck?
The easiest way is the OE (original equipment) number stamped or printed on your old part. Search it in the search bar, or send it to us with your truck brand, model and year. If you can't read the number, send a clear photo of the old part and its label, or your VIN, and we will check it for you before you order.
Are these original (OEM) parts?
No. RHAP is an independent aftermarket brand. OE numbers and vehicle brand names are used only to show which trucks a part fits. Our parts are made to replace the original part with the same mounting and connections.
I can't find my OE number on the website. Can you still supply it?
Very likely. The online shop shows our most popular items only. Send us the OE number and we will check our full range and send you a price.
Orders and shipping
Where do you ship from and how fast?
We ship from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes about 7-12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs. If shipping to your country is not available at checkout, contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will quote shipping for you. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of your order. All items in one order are packed and shipped together, so adding hoses or repair kits to a pump order usually adds little or nothing to the shipping cost. Orders over 100 kg: please contact us for a quote by air, sea or rail.
Do I have to pay import duties or VAT?
If you are a business buyer and enter a valid local tax registration number (for example VAT, GST or ABN) in the optional tax number box on the cart page before you check out, we ship DAP (Delivered at Place): you clear customs after delivery and pay the import duties and taxes, and you may be able to deduct the tax under your local rules. If you do not enter a tax number, or the number is wrong or fails verification, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): the carrier pays the import taxes under its own tax number, and the tax document is not issued in your name, so the tax cannot be deducted. Parcels refused or abandoned at customs are not refunded for shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do pumps and cylinders come with oil?
No. Hydraulic pumps and cylinders are shipped drained of oil and sealed for safe transport. Fill and bleed the system with the hydraulic oil specified in your vehicle manual after installation.
Can I order in bulk for my workshop or shop?
Yes. For larger quantities, mixed orders or regular supply, contact us for volume pricing and a shipping quote by express, air, sea or rail.

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single part at the listed price.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout, no code needed, whatever payment method you use:

Different models of the same product type count together: for example, 4 Volvo pumps + 6 Scania pumps = 10 pumps, 5% off. Each product type is counted on its own (pumps, cylinders, locks and hoses are not added together). Discounts do not stack. For larger or regular orders, contact us for wholesale pricing.
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period: you can cancel your order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. You pay the cost of returning the part to us (return shipping is not refunded). We refund the price of the part and the standard delivery charge you paid when ordering. Please do not install or use the part. In other countries you can return an unused, uninstalled part in its complete original packaging within 14 days after delivery. The buyer pays the return shipping, and the original shipping charge you paid when ordering is not refunded. Where the consumer protection laws of your country give you additional rights, we will honour them. If the part is defective, damaged or we sent the wrong part, we cover the return. Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our parts have a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, human-caused (man-made) damage or incorrect hydraulic oil.
What if my part arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or we sent the wrong part, we will send a replacement or cover the return at no extra cost.
Payment and contact
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and bank transfer (T/T). For company orders (business-to-business), please pay by company-to-company bank transfer (T/T) in USD: choose "Bank Transfer (T/T)" at checkout and pay from your company's bank account to our company account, Wenzhou Ruiheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Our bank details are shown on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email; please use your order number (RH-xxxx) as the payment reference. Orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days after we confirm your payment. Price and quantity discounts are the same for every payment method. For bulk orders we can also send a proforma invoice.
